At launch, creator accounts and Drop listings will be free, with unlimited listings. Creators set their own prices. WYLL takes 15% of the amount retained on a booking and covers payment processing costs from that share.
Creators will link their social accounts, provide a portfolio if available and complete identity verification through Stripe. WYLL will review each application before a creator can publish or sell sessions.
Creator payout eligibility begins once agreed content is submitted and the booking is marked complete. An open refund or cancellation review pauses the affected booking’s payout. Eligibility does not mean an immediate bank deposit.

These are WYLL’s planned launch policies. Final booking terms will be available before bookings open.
Customer cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancel from 1 hour to less than 24 hours before the start for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 1 hour before the start receive no refund.
For bookings made less than 24 hours before the session, cancel within 10 minutes of booking for a full refund, provided the session starts at least 1 hour after the cancellation request.
Creator cancellations and missed sessions
If the creator cancels, the customer receives a full refund. A creator may be reported absent 10 minutes after the scheduled start if the customer is at the agreed Spot and has attempted contact through WYLL. A confirmed creator no-show receives a full refund after review.
A customer is a no-show 10 minutes after the scheduled start if the creator is at the agreed Spot and has attempted contact through WYLL. Customer no-shows receive no refund. Arriving late does not automatically extend the session.
Delivery and late content
Creators choose delivery within 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or 7 days after the scheduled session end. The selected turnaround will be visible before checkout.
If content is late, WYLL will notify both parties and allow a 24-hour grace period. If delivery is still missing after that period, the customer may request cancellation or a refund through support. Requests are reviewed rather than automatically approved.

Planned support hours: every day, 9 a.m.–7 p.m., Toronto time. WYLL aims to provide a first human response within 4 support hours. Active-session problems receive priority during these hours; instant live support is not promised.
